Noble Parking provides premium valet parking, traffic management, and event arrival operations for weddings, private events, corporate functions, private clubs, and large-scale activations. 2. Bookings & Service Agreements
Quotes provided through our website or by email are estimates and are not binding until a written service agreement is executed and any required deposit is received. Final pricing depends on event date, duration, guest count, venue layout, staffing requirements, and any add-on services.
3. Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
- Final payment is due as outlined in your service agreement.
- Late payments may incur fees and may delay or affect service delivery.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate event details, venue access, and timely communication.
- Secure necessary permits, venue approvals, and law-enforcement coordination where required.
- Ensure safe, lawful conditions at the parking and arrival areas.
5. Liability
Noble Parking exercises reasonable care in operating valet and parking services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Vehicles are operated by trained attendants. Pre-existing damage, valuables left in vehicles, and acts of God or third parties are not the responsibility of Noble Parking except where explicitly required by law.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on deposits and refund eligibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Noble Parking and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
